The second heat of Cafe Matisse's Band Royale kicks off tomorrow night at 8pm, with six local bands competing for a place in the next round.
Bands lined up to play this Friday include Sour Mash, Munich and Penny Blacks.
Tramps and Horses, The Time Flies and Joyce complete the line-up.

Doors open 8pm and admission costs £2/3 depending on your success at rock, paper, scissors.
